The term redneck has become a stereotypical term used in a derogatory sense to define those who live in trailer houses, drink beer, and worship the confederate flag. You can only imagine some of the funny gag gift ideas that exist out there that cater to satisfying the inner redneck in all of us.
Briefcase
Take a pair of men's briefs and sew the leg openings closed. Affix elastic handles to the waistband with buttons. Put various funny items inside: an old car key can be an ear wax remover, a nail can be a toothpick and a tin can with an antenna can be a cellphone.
Picnic Basket
What will make this basket a Redneck basket will be solely based on the items placed in inside. Get a regular basket and put items inside such as a can of Spam, Slim Jims, Tobasco sauce, pork rinds, pickled pig feet,canned cheese, sardines, Vienna sausages, and any other humorous items you may think of. Put an old and dirty work handkerchief in there to be used as a napkin. Close the basket and seal it with duct tape.
Bug Killer
Get two small pieces of wood. Label one of the pieces Block 1 and the other label as Block 2. Attach instructions that say: Put bug on Block 1 and smash with Block 2.
Budweiser Can Decorations
Forget the days of hanging pretty little Christmas ornament lights. Now you can hang cans of Budweiser beer. Get some sturdy skinny rope, or clothes wire (to hang wet clothes on), or even Christmas lights wiring and attach as many cans of Budweiser to it as you can. Take a big paper clip and put it through the hole of the tab on the can and then attach it to the wire to hang the can. Just don't forget to tell your redneck friends that they cannot drink the cans; they are just for decoration.
Potpourri
Get a baggie or a small basket and place inside the following items: shotgun shells, peanut shells, beer tabs, beer caps, and toothpicks. Stick a small sign on it that reads Redneck Potpourri.
