Instructions For A Montblanc Meisterstuck

Montblanc Meisterstuck is one of the many fountain pen models of Montblanc. With its pointed and well-crafted end, it is perfect for signing checks and important documents. The model usually comes in a small box and is marked with a center gold ring to indicate its model name and number. You need to know fill the ink in your Montblanc Meisterstuck before you can start using it.

Instructions

Filling the Montblanc Meisterstuck With Ink

1. Locate the barrel found at the front section of your Montblanc Meisterstuck pen. Unscrew this by turning it in a counter-clockwise direction until the barrel comes off.

2. Turn the converter at the bottom of the pen counter-clockwise as far as it can go.

3. Remove the cover of the ink bottle, and dip your entire nib into the ink. Do this for at least two to three minutes and return the converter by turning it clockwise.

4. Loosen the converter a bit in order to allow about six to eight drops to flow back into your bottle.

5. Turn the pen with its nib pointed up. Hold the end of the converter and turn it clockwise to tighten it. Use your cloth to wipe the cap and nib.

Using the Montblanc Meisterstuck Cartridges

6. Hold onto the converter of your Montblanc Meisterstuck and turn it counter-clockwise to completely remove it.

7. Replace the converter with your cartridge, with its narrow end pointed to the nib. The narrow end should push the nib slightly.

8. Store another cartridge inside your pen, right above your first, if you want to. Make sure the narrow end of the cartridge is pointing away from the pen's nib.
