Sync Files With Microsoft

Syncing files with Microsoft requires you to connect two computers and set up an ad hoc network. You can set up a wireless ad hoc network in just a few easy steps. Ad hoc networks provide you with a simple, wireless, computer-to-computer network. This network is specifically designed to provide a temporary connection to your transfer files. Once you have set up your ad hoc network, you can synchronize the Microsoft files through briefcases. Windows Briefcases synchronizing feature will allow you to modify the files on one computer and apply the same modifications on another.

Instructions

1. Connect the two computers that will be used for synchronizing files through an ad hoc network. Click on the "Start" button on your desktop and type "Network and Sharing Center" on the search box. Press "Enter" as soon as the option has loaded.

2. Click on the "Set up a new connection or network" option and click on "Set up a wireless ad hoc network" for computer-to-computer. Click on "Next."
