Florence is a city in Italy that is particularly known for its hand-sewn leather goods. The Hobo Florence Clio is made of Italian leather from Florence. The Hobo International Clio is made of leather from a nondescript source and origin.
Glazed Leather
Glazing is a technique used on leather that gives it a unique sheen and sometimes glossy finish. It is one of the oldest forms of leather treatment that is usually done by hand. It can be applied to leather that is dyed any color, though the dye used is often a vegetable dye because it holds the glazing the best. The Hobo Florence Clio comes in two color choices -- black and red (sometimes referred to a Rouge). The black Clio has a red interior while the red has a tan interior. The International Clio can be found online in several colors including black, green and red. Though the color choices may be different, each color has the same design and layout. The details such as snap-front closure or external identification card window are also exactly alike no matter which color.
