Cheats To The Locked Cabin On The Games2girls Games

Not surprisingly, most of "Locked Cabin" involves unlocking doors.

"Locked Cabin" is a locked-room game -- a sub-section of the adventure game genre -- found on games2girls.com. While it doesn't have cheat codes, the game's sequence of head-scratching puzzles may require a few nudges in the right direction. After you start the game, the first thing you'll notice when you "wake up" is the blue clock on the wall that claims it's 7:49.

Waking Up

In the bedroom, after you find your bag and remove the knife from it, you'll see the number 8 on the sandal and the time on the clock. After moving the chair, you can use the knife to cut the key free. This key opens the door, letting you go through it to the aquarium to check the color on the clock and see what time it says. You'll be checking a lot of clocks like this, so making a list will prove helpful.

After you turn right to go into the bathroom, you can open the curtain around the bathtub, take the glass that you find there, see a strange number written on the toilet paper and open the drawers beneath the sink to see a sequence of arrows whose directions you'll want to note. Your next destination is the game room downstairs.

The Ground Floor

In the game room, the nightstand by the pool table contains a screwdriver. Behind the swordfish, there's another mysterious number; looking under the cushions of the sofas, you can find the paper that tells you the order in which to use the numbers. The screwdriver lets you open the door without the handle, and enter the kitchen. You'll see the number 4 on the cards marked as hearts, but you can ignore the spades. Both rooms contain a clock on which you can see different times -- when writing down these times, you'll want to note their corresponding colors.

Outside

The door in the kitchen has a security lock on it. The note in the game room gave an order of objects, and the numbers on those objects are "8," "5," "3" and "2." Entering those numbers will unlock the door and allow you to go outside to the pool. On the door of the tool shed, you can unlock the control panel if you enter the buttons that correspond to the arrows in the bathroom -- "Up," "Up," "Down," "Down," "Left" and "Right" -- allowing you to go inside the shed. From here, you can take the goggles and note the time and color on the clock. If you return to the pool, you can click the goggles to take the quarter. After you fill your glass with water, you'll have everything you need to return to the game room.

Backtracking

With the quarter, you can activate the pool table and receive an eight-ball. You can also pour water on the fire in the fireplace to reveal a smouldering key. Returning to the bedroom with this key lets you unlock the drawer, where you will find a strange device -- putting the eight-ball in it opens a secret panel on the bookcase with a briefcase hidden within it.

The buttons on the briefcase correspond to the colors of the clocks in the house; the proper order to push the buttons matches the order of time as it progresses. Pushing "green," "red," "blue," "yellow," "orange" and "purple" opens the briefcase and reveals a metal glove you can take to the aquarium. If you use the glove on the aquarium, you can get the treasure chest from within it without the fish biting your hand. The treasure chest contains a key that will unlock the final locked door in the game, just downstairs in the game room. Walking through this door ends the game and allows the credits to roll.
