Deal or No Deal: The Game
"Deal or No Deal" is a game show in which ordinary people can walk away with thousands of dollars, even a million dollars. Contestants interact with a banker. He uses his instincts, luck and sixth sense to navigate his way through the game.
Application Procedure
Contestants are first asked to fill out an application. This is the introductory screening process. Prospective contestants download an application from the NBC casting page. It is pretty standard, yet includes some fun things to do as well. Not following the instructions carefully will disqualify contestants.
You cannot apply if you are in public office (or plan on running in the near future), if you are under 18 or have a relative that works for NBC or its sister companies.
After contestants finish the application package, which includes video instructions, hopefuls send their package to: Deal or No Deal Casting, P.O. Box 1916, Culver City, CA 90232.
Deal or No Deal Decisions
Deal or No Deal chooses contestants for the show based on the application and video. The video allows producers to see who the person is and how he may appear on the show. Personality and a willingness to have fun count for more than how someone looks or what someone knows about money.
