Sync your Outlook Calendar wirelessly without a server.


Microsoft Outlook is the email client that comes with Microsoft's Office Suite. Outlook has a calendar function that allows you to store important dates so that you don't miss deadlines or critical meetings. Using Microsoft's own Briefcase application, that comes free on Windows, you can sync your Outlook Calendar between computers over your wireless network.


Instructions "Briefcase."


2. Right-click your Outlook Calendar and select "Copy," then right-click in your briefcase and select "Paste."


3. Right-click the briefcase and press "Copy."


4. Click the Start menu and click "Network."


5. Double-click the computer on your network you wish to sync to and right-click and paste the briefcase onto the other computer.


6. Make changes to the calendar file on either computer, and then when you have saved your changes, right-click the briefcase and select "Update All."
