Feed The Otter The Scallop In Animal Crossing

Animal Crossing:City Folk for the Nintendo Wii features several characters that periodically visit your town. By interacting with these characters correctly, you will receive special gifts otherwise unattainable during the game. One such character is Pascal, an adventurous otter often mistaken for Chip the beaver. You must give Pascal the correct seashell when approaching him, or he will swim away. When provided with the correct seashell--a scallop--Pascal gives you a pirate-themed gift in return.

Instructions

1. Walk to the beach located at the southern edge of the town.

2. Look for seashells on the beach near the water's edge. Seashell shapes appear on the sand and are a light-pink color. Remember to check the entire length of the beach.

3. Pick up the seashells, and store them in your pockets.

4. Click on the briefcase icon to view your pockets' contents. Identify if you picked up a scallop seashell by holding your cursor over the seashells until the label pops up. Exit the view of your pockets. If you found a scallop, proceed to Step 5l if not, repeat Step 2 until you find one.

5. Find Pascal near the beach. He is an otter wearing a white hat and blue coveralls. He visits town between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

6. Approach Pascal with the scallop in your pockets. Initiate a conversation with Pascal by pressing button A or C. Speak with Pascal until he asks you if you have a scallop for him.

7. Choose to give the otter the scallop. Pascal will take the scallop and provide you with a gift in return.
