Hewlett Packard's mini-netbooks provide an alternative for computer users who do not want to carry a full-sized laptop around, but want to maintain the connectivity and programs that computers provide. Mini's are small enough to drop in your purse or briefcase without adding so much weight as to be uncomfortable. HP's mini netbooks have up to an 11.4- inch x 8.03-inch screen and weigh up to 3.22 lbs. The Mini 110 and 210 are available with Windows XP Home Edition or Windows 7 Starter/Basic Edition and the 310 is available with XP Home or Windows 7 Home Premium. The three versions all come with Intel Atom Processors.
Instructions
1. Find the power button. The power button is on the front side of the netbook.
2. Slide the switch to the right to turn on the unit. The switch will automatically return to its original position.
3. Confirm that the computer is on by looking at the power light beside the switch. You will see the HP logo if the computer is booting correctly.
