Windows 7 comes with a syncing utility called Sync Center. This program allows you to keep files updated and identical in two different locations, such as on the computer and on a memory stick. Microsoft reports that the syncing software is designed for server and computer synchronization, but it supports a number of mobile devices as well. Once the sync is scheduled, your files will be kept up to date between both devices.
Instructions
1. Click "Start" and "Computer." Navigate through your hard drive to reach the folders you wish to sync. Right-click the folder and choose "Properties."
2. Click "Sharing" on the Properties window. Click "Share." Close Properties and right-click on that folder. Select "Always available offline."
