Buy a Man Purse

Purses aren't just for women anymore, as men are catching on to the incredible convenience that a purse can bring. Purses can hold most everything that you need when you're on the go such as cellphones, address books, notebooks, wallets, keys and more. Purses don't have to be tools solely for women, because if you keep the right style in mind, you can buy yourself the perfect masculine man purse. Read on to learn buy a man purse. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Look for a masculine bag made from material that does not look like a lady's purse. Worn leather or suede, denim, canvas or waterproof nylon are all good and durable, manly choices. Color is also important, so go with black, brown, blue, gray or dark green, as these colors will easily match most attire and will not look too feminine.

2. Pick the right size and shape. Square, rough edges and a long, wide shoulder strap will ensure that your man bag is not mistaken for a purse. Size is important, as a man purse is only useful if it can carry more than what you can stuff into your pockets. However, to be convenient and worth carrying it should hold less than you can carry in a briefcase.

3. Choose a bag with lots of convenient pockets. We have all seen the ladies shuffling through their purses, looking for that tube of lipstick, a mirror or a stick of gum. But really guys, it isn't a purse, it's a man purse, so pockets will help you keep track of your change, keys and other small items, while keeping you from sifting through your bag like a lady.

4. Find a bag that can be carried in a masculine fashion. That is, don't buy a bag with a strap that is so short that you must carry it over one shoulder or in one hand. The manly way to hold a purse is over one shoulder with the strap across the chest and the bag resting on the hip, just like a messenger bag.
