Mount Brass Plaques

Most small brass plaques come with adhesive on the back of the plaque for easy mounting. Once you have had your plaque engraved, you can mount it in a matter of minutes. Plaques can be mounted on picture frames, furniture, park or patio benches, gift boxes, equestrian and sports gear, leather portfolios or briefcases and almost any other item you wish to label or personalize. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Decide where you want to position the plaque. Measure the full length of the item to which the plaque will be mounted and mark the center. Place the center of the plaque on the center mark of the item. Place a spirit level on the item where the plaque will be mounted and adjust it until the bubble of the level is in the center of the tube. Make a line indicating the position of the level.

2. Peel the paper off the adhesive on the back of the plaque, taking care not to bend the plaque.

3. Press the plaque into place, firmly pressing down on the center and then the corners. Remove any fingerprints on the plaque with a clean cloth.
